The Councils are seeking suitably qualified consultants to prepare three separate but inter-related studies for the Greater Cambridge combined area: an Allotment & Alternative Food‑Growing Spaces Study, a Burial Grounds Study and a Community Infrastructure Study, with an interim output required in March 2026 and final delivery by July 2026. Consultants must also support the councils during the plan-making process on matters related to each study topic, including at examination; for this element the Councils are initially requesting quotations based on day rates, with precise scope and timeframes to be confirmed should the contract be extended beyond Summer 2026.
