Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is seeking information from suppliers for the collection, treatment, processing and recycling/recovery of waste timber as part of a pre-market engagement exercise ahead of a planned public procurement. The pre-market engagement questionnaire is available in the CFT Documents area and completed questionnaires must be submitted via the eTendersNI portal; PME questionnaire responses may be submitted via the eTendersNI CFT messaging facility at any time up to 12:00 on 11th June 2026. The Council is gauging market interest prior to initiating an open/competitive flexible public procurement for services in refuse and waste related categories (including wood waste and recycling); this exercise does not guarantee the commencement of a commercial competition or any future monetary income or outlay.

This opportunity is most relevant to waste management companies, timber/wood waste processors, recyclers and haulage providers experienced in refuse and waste services (CPV codes include 90500000, 03416000, 03417000, 90510000). Key considerations: responses must be submitted via the eTendersNI portal by 12:00 on 11 June 2026, the exercise only seeks market interest and does not guarantee a subsequent contract, and the eventual procurement will follow an open/competitive flexible procedure.
