The service must support a minimum of 40 children and young people at any one time, provide representatives for at least 50 Child Protection or ACYP meetings per year, be flexible and child‑centred, and comply with statutory duties including the Children Act 1989 and Care Planning Regulations 2010. Expressions of interest close at 11:30pm on Monday 27 July 2026 and tender returns are due by 10:00am on Tuesday 28 July 2026. This procurement takes place within the context of Local Government Reorganisation (LGR), and the estimated contract value includes indicative potential future requirements or increases in scope for planning purposes but does not represent committed spend; the contract is intended to be scalable.
