About

Herefordshire Council is seeking a supplier for the provision of a Children’s Rights and Advocacy Service for eligible children and young people accessing Herefordshire children’s social care services, including children in need, children subject to child protection plans, children looked after, care leavers up to the age of 25 and 16/17-year-olds presenting as homeless, and for the delivery of an Independent Visitors Service for care-experienced children and care leavers of Herefordshire.

Insight

This opportunity is suited to providers experienced in delivering children’s rights and advocacy and independent visitor programmes for care-experienced young people. Key consideration: the contract covers a broad set of eligible groups and an age range up to 25, so suppliers must be able to deliver services across these different needs and ages.
