Procurement for Housing is seeking suppliers to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for the delivery of capital works projects and provision of associated services for PfH Members throughout England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The DPS is proposed to run for an initial five-year period with the option to extend for a further up to five years and is divided into twelve categories: Whole House; Kitchens; Bathrooms; Heating; Electrical; Windows and Doors; Insulation; Roofing; Cyclical Painting; Disabled Adaptations; Skips / Waste Collection; and Scaffolding. At the Invitation to Tender stage PfH Members will define the detailed requirements including specification, delivery model, pricing model and form of contract. Please refer to Document A - DPS Pre-Qualification Guidance for further details.

This opportunity is suited to contractors and suppliers offering capital works and building-related services across the 12 listed categories who can operate across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Key considerations: the need to deliver across multiple categories and regions, readiness to meet PfH Members' specific specifications and commercial models at ITT stage, and capacity for a long-term engagement under a potential 5-year plus 5-year extension DPS.
