Cambridge City Council is seeking service providers for the delivery and on-going development of the programme of Holocaust Memorial Day activities in Cambridge from September 2026 to June 2027. The contract is split into two lots: Lot 1 covers an arts and education programme with children and young people to raise awareness, empathy and understanding of refugee experiences, teaching about the Holocaust, Nazi persecution of other groups, and genocides in Cambodia, Rwanda, Bosnia and Darfur, with a public showcase during or close to Refugee Week; Lot 2 covers a Holocaust Memorial Day civic event on or around 27 January to bring different communities together in an inter-faith setting to commemorate different genocides. Applicants may apply for Lot 1, Lot 2 or both.
