About

National Highways awarded a contract to WSP UK LTD for technical assurance services to manage and administer the delivery of schemes up to the completion of the 3D Stage Gate 2 Preliminary Design and review, and to review, comment, or approve designs on behalf of National Highways beyond that point as they progress through the 3D Stage Gate process, with outcomes recorded on the CDMT management system.

The service supplements the existing National Highways team led by Eloise Phillips and supports the progression of the tunnels and road side technology programmes expected to be delivered to the end of RIS 3.

The contract, valued at AUD 6,870,737.51, is for an initial one-year period (Section 1 of 6), with subsequent annual sections subject to review.

The service requires full-time technical resources with minimum levels of tunnels or road side technology asset management knowledge and experience, based in the South East of England and able to access National Highways offices in Maidstone, Guildford, or Basingstoke for a minimum of 2 days per week.
