Supply of Waste Management Software Platform to Hull City Council via G-Cloud 13

About

Hull City Council awarded a contract to Bartec Municipal Technologies Limited for a waste management software platform compatible with existing in-cab devices, procured through the Crown Commercial Services Framework G-Cloud 13 via Direct Award.

The software enables collection teams to record feedback events related to the collection or non-collection of refuse bins and bulky items for domestic and commercial waste services, with data made available to service management, the call centre, CRM, and the website via Collectives API suite.

The in-cab units also provide collection teams with health and safety information, including streets where reversing manoeuvres should be considered and properties with previously violent or aggressive incidents, and allow effective reporting of such incidents to supervisors.

The GPS tracking element supports accurate modelling of service delivery options, implementation of efficient collection routes, and monitoring of collection team performance.

The contract value is £123,480.
