Supply of Takeaway Meals to Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

About

Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust awarded a contract to Gallarwood Catering for the supply of 500 takeaway meals per day, seven days a week, including Bank Holidays, for staff to re-heat at home or during night shifts.

The meals comprise 70% meat-based (Halal) and 30% vegetarian, with dairy-free and gluten-free options included in both categories.

Each meal is individually packaged in substantial, microwave-safe containers suitable for transport and re-heating without decanting, and labelled with ingredients, use-by dates, allergen information, storage guidelines, and re-heating instructions.

Deliveries occur daily at 17:00 in a refrigerated vehicle with signed documentation.

The contract value is £65,000.
