Supply of E-Books to University of West London Libraries
Awarded 31 Aug 2022
About
The University of West London awarded a contract to ProQuest LLC and A T Little & Sons for the provision of e-books to its libraries.
The contract, valued at £400,000, supports the university's library services across its Ealing and Reading sites, serving over 10,000 students and 1,000 staff.
The agreement spans two years with an option to extend for a further two years in 12-month increments, subject to satisfactory performance.
The go-live date was ideally set for August to allow orders before the academic year begins.
UWL may appoint the top two scoring suppliers, with initial orders going to the first selected supplier, and subsequent orders placed with the second if the first cannot meet supply needs.
