About
Leicester City Council awarded a contract to Axel Roofing Ltd for the replacement of three flat roof covers and rooflights at Stokes Wood Primary School.
The existing flat roofs had reached the end of their lifespan, causing water ingress into classrooms and posing risks of ponding, sagging, and potential collapse.
The contract, valued at £163,575.43, aimed to urgently address these issues by appointing a specialist roofing contractor to execute the works.
