About

The Ministry of Defence awarded a contract to SiXworks Limited for project management services related to the design and build of an Applicant Support Tool with Recruiting Analytics (ASTRA).

The contractor worked collaboratively with an IT software developer, the Royal Navy (RN), and the Royal Air Force (RAF) to manage the project and deploy the tool across RN/RAF Recruiting Headquarters and 30 UK-wide Armed Forces Careers Offices (AFCOs).

Following deployment, the contractor provided reach-back support to RN/RAF staff trained as system architects, assisted with major system reconfigurations, and acted as the interface for routine software upgrades and defect resolution.

The contract value was £890,500.
