About

London Borough of Hackney awarded a contract to IEG4 for the provision of cloud software and cloud support under Lots 2 and 3 of the GCloud digital marketplace framework.

The contract covers the continued use, hosting, and support of IEG4 e-Designer forms, which enable residents to communicate with the Council primarily on Revenues, Benefits, and Housing needs issues.

The procurement followed a cyber attack, after which ICT procured the eDesigner forms from IEG4.

The original contract was for 2 years but omitted the extension of another 2 years as allowed under GCloud contracts, leading the Council to rerun the procurement via GCloud to secure the same results.

The contract value is AUD 69,000.
