About

The Department for Work and Pensions awarded a contract to Quintessa Ltd for the provision of embedded technical support on radioactive waste, spent fuel and decommissioning to support new build licencing.

The contract, valued at AUD 270,000, involves engaging a full-time staff member from Lot 15 of the Office for Nuclear Regulation's technical support framework agreement for the duration of Step 3 of the UK ABWR Generic Design Assessment and the majority of Step 4, anticipated until July 2017.
