About

Gateshead Council awarded a contract to Open Systems Lab for the procurement of the PlanX content management platform, valued at AUD 60,000.

PlanX is an open-source tool designed to enable the council's planning services to write, share, and operate digital planning services that are efficient and user-friendly.

The platform aims to simplify planning processes, allowing users to determine if they need planning permission and submit planning applications directly into back-office systems.
