About

Bank of England awarded a contract to Elior UK PLC for the provision of catering services at three sites: London EC2R 8AH, London EC2R 6DA, and Loughton IG10 3TN.

The original contract, signed in September 2019, was based on historic usage data.

It was previously modified in 2021 to provide Covid-19 relief, increasing the value by £343,817.00 for the period May 2020 to February 2021.

This modification notice addresses continued financial relief due to reduced footfall from work-from-home guidance between March 2020 and January 2022, despite re-scoping.

Usage recovered markedly through 2022, but relief is expected to continue to a lesser extent for the remainder of the contract.

The contract value is £9,635,427.
