About

LEGAL SERVICES BOARD awarded a contract to Rock for IT managed services.

The Legal Services Board, an independent body overseeing the regulation of lawyers in England and Wales, sought a provider to deliver IT managed services to a high standard, as the organization lacks in-house IT capability.

The contract, valued at AUD 5,668.34, includes support for 35 executive staff, 9 non-executive directors, and 8 Consumer Panel members, with services covering IT licences and support.

The service was expected to commence between 1 March 2022 and 31 May 2022, allowing parallel running with the existing supplier for handover.

The budget ceiling was £32,500 per annum excluding VAT, excluding Microsoft Office licences and cloud services passed on at cost.
