About

Sheffield City Council awarded a contract to SCP Ltd for an independent deliverability review of the Local Growth Fund programme, focusing on projects that had not commenced or were between delivery phases.

The review forensically assessed each project's potential to complete planned tasks within the current funding window, including securing necessary approvals, and challenged delivery assumptions on resourcing, issue management, and risk mitigation.

The key output was a report to the Local Enterprise Partnership recommending project viability against time and cost criteria and setting out key delivery risks for the assurance process.

The contract value was £31,206.
