About

The Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities awarded a contract to TPXimpact for a multi-disciplinary delivery partner role in the Digital Planning Reform programme, aimed at modernising England's planning system to be more efficient, certain, and engaging for citizens and communities.

The contract, valued at AUD 9,500,000, involves shifting the semi-analogue planning system to a data-driven, standards-based model powered by modern user-centred products and services.

Work includes discoveries, alphas, and betas to inform policy development and planning products; support for the planning reform front door to prioritise digital projects; and system mapping to ensure ecosystem maps and user personas are professional, easy to follow, and consistent with modern service design conventions.
