About

The Education and Training Foundation awarded a contract to Association Of Colleges for the design, development, and delivery of a learning programme on inclusive leadership for all Further Education (FE) sector leaders.

The programme covers three key themes to inform and develop inclusive leadership, with delivery partners engaging FE sector leaders to support the development of knowledge, behaviours, and skills required to make organisations more equitable, diverse, and inclusive.

The programme focuses on humanistic leadership traits such as kindness, mental health and wellbeing, and trauma-informed leadership approaches, beginning with self-understanding, developing appreciation of others' experiences, and extending to awareness of how equity, diversity, and inclusion intersects with this leadership approach.

It creates a safe space for open facilitated debates and provides practical tools to bring about measurable, positive culture change in participants' organisations.

The contract value is AUD 380,280.
