Delivery of Cambridge English Examinations Across Four Dutch Provinces

About

The British Council awarded a contract to IP Campus Holding BV and HZ University of Applied Science for the delivery of Cambridge English examinations in four provinces: Gelderland, North-Holland/Flevoland, South-Holland, and Zeeland.

The contract, valued at £527,000, involves identifying local partners to deliver exams, engaging with schools and institutions, and managing the end-to-end relationship with candidates, examiners, venues, and test day personnel.

Exams are delivered year-round, with peak periods in March, May-July, and November-December, and include both open sessions in major cities and closed sessions at school venues.

The majority of test takers register through institutes, with approximately 10% registering individually.

The partner is paid a 30% commission (VAT inclusive) of the candidate test fee.
