About
Central Housing Investment Consortium Limiter ("CHIC") awarded a contract to Module-AR Limited, Impact Modular Limited, and Elements Europe Limited for the manufacture, supply, and erection of new modular (volumetric) homes, including options for all site works.
The contract covers three lots: two lots may routinely include all associated construction works on site in a whole scheme 'turnkey' approach, while the third lot has site works as an option.
The requirements are predominantly across central and southern England and in Wales, but may extend to other parts of England, Wales, and Scotland in the future.
CHIC is owned by Registered Providers (Housing Associations, ALMOs, and Local Authorities) and has 92 members.
The contract value is AUD 1,234,567,890.
