About
Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) awarded a contract to T.
M.
Browne Limited, Devlin Decorators Limited, Haven Building & Maintenance Limited, and Unibuild Building Contractors Limited for building repair works to properties owned and managed by LHP in the wider Boston and Southern Lincolnshire area.
The contract, valued at £2,100,000, involves appointing up to six contractors to complete repair works generally over £1,000, with works distributed at LHP's sole discretion.
LHP raises orders based on estimated daywork allocations (e.g., plasterer 8 hours), and subcontractors bill based on dayworks plus materials and plant, each with percentage adjustments.
Indicative volumes are provided in Appendix 7, but no volume, workflow, or value is guaranteed.
