About

Cornwall Development Company Ltd awarded a contract to ZED GROUP LIMITED for ongoing support and development of two Zoho databases.

The CIOSGH database, built on Zoho One over five years with 33 users, includes bespoke options for tracking interactions with Small and Medium Enterprises from initial contact through diagnostics to information provision or signposting, generating reports for workflow management and stakeholder reporting, and maintaining client records for GDPR and audit purposes.

The CDC database, with 50 active Enterprise Licences, currently uses CRM functionality with a limited Outlook add-on and supports management of grants, tracking of SME interactions for evidence of 12 hours of support, and monitoring of enquiries for inward investors to Cornwall and exports from Cornwall.

The CDC database supports nine programmes with slightly different Zoho processes and reports.

The contract value is AUD 40,000.
