About
Water Services Regulation Authority (Ofwat) awarded a contract to PA Consulting Services Ltd for specialist advisory services under a call-off arrangement.
The contract, valued at £180,000, covers four workstreams: financial resilience analysis, financial distress assessment, special administration advice, and other complex transaction or infrastructure procurement analysis.
This follows a previous Phase 1 call-off contract from February 2018 for short-term support on financial resilience.
The arrangement is part of Ofwat's risk mitigation and management strategy to ensure rapid response to market events and mitigate customer impact.
