About

Hampshire County Council awarded a contract to Inspireducate Limited for the delivery of a Headteacher Peer Support and Mentoring Programme under the Wellbeing for Education Recovery (WfER) grant.

The service provides peer mentoring, development, and support sessions for Head Teachers across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight, offering a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to share challenges and successes, seek peer support, and reflect on their leadership impact.

The programme aims to address the isolation experienced by Head Teachers, provide an outlet for concerns causing personal or work-related stress and anxiety, and build resilience to better support staff and pupils.

The model, initially directed by the external provider, is designed to enable Head Teachers to take on leadership of the peer network and sustain it themselves beyond the funded period.

The contract value is £71,000.
