About

Social Care and Social Work Improvement Scotland (Care Inspectorate) awarded a contract to NVT Group Ltd for digital transformation services to design and deploy SharePoint and Office 365 (O365) environments.

The contract, valued at AUD 53,439.45, involved identifying a no-code solution using out-of-the-box Microsoft O365 to create a SharePoint environment reflecting information governance (IG) and security policies across the O365 landscape.

The supplier worked with IG and ICT colleagues to ensure programme delivery met IG and user needs, identified a pathway for implementing information and security governance configuration, and determined a migration path from shared drives and Outlook to O365 with duplication cleanup against the review and retention schedule.

The contract also included developing a rollout model to enhance user experience and statutory compliance, and upskilling the IG and ICT team to manage and amend configurations.
