Award of Community and Education Digital Learning and Virtual Learning Environments Project to Fussyfish Digital Transformation

About

Clackmannanshire Council awarded a contract to Fussyfish Digital Transformation for the creation of an immersive, community-focused digital learning project supporting all learners in secondary schools across Clackmannanshire.

The project involved implementing digital solutions and virtual learning environments, working with secondary schools and pupils across the academic year from October 2018 to June 2019 to redefine the learning space and create virtual learning environments meeting the needs of learners at home, in school, and in the community.

Core to the contract was the development of tools encouraging learner-driven education, inquiry, collaboration, personalisation, and flexibility, using options such as simulations, games, and distant real-time collaboration.

Close collaboration between Education, the Authority IT Department, schools, and Education CLD was essential to deliver key outcomes.

The contract value was £42,000.
