About

THE LITMUS PARTNERSHIP LTD awarded a contract to Aspens Services Limited for catering services at Woodfield Academy and Oak Hill First School in Redditch.

The contract, valued at approximately £650,780, commenced on 1 August 2016 for an initial one-year term with options for two one-year extensions.

The service includes hot meals conveyed from Woodfield Academy to Oak Hill First School, which lacks its own kitchen, and covers children and adult meals, direct staff costs, and sundries.

The schools require healthy eating options with minimal disposables, menus based on fresh ingredients and bakery products, and sourcing of fresh produce from local suppliers within a 20-mile radius.

Oak Hill First School offers a flexible lunch service with daily, specific-day, ad-hoc, or packed lunch options, and two meal choices plus jacket potato each day.
